Ben’s Hog party

Ben Hwang bravely fought off his cancer. More fights ahead against the cancer, but for now, Benjamin has taken the first round. To make sure he has enough energy to push ahead, and a great excuse to have a hog party; in his honor, we ate, drank, laughed, partied and had a wonderful fellowship. God is good.

The sacrificial hog was harvested by Mola and I on our last hunting trip out to Madera, Ca. It was a perfect eating size. The rub my wife picked up was great; and grilling, of course, was done by master chef Kyung…
